The seminar will offer an overview of the legislation and its role in the shared management of common goods. After the distribution of information material, the objectives and the link with the participatory process already underway will be presented. The regulatory framework, the instruments provided for by law, the recognised and fundable participatory processes, the methods for presenting and monitoring projects, together with the functioning of the Puglia Partecipa platform will be illustrated. This will be followed by a focus on the obligations, opportunities and responsibilities of administrations, citizens and associations, referring to the principles of transparency, inclusion and accessibility. The meeting will also propose regional best practices, with examples of participatory processes carried out in Puglia and useful guidelines to ensure their continuity. A brief discussion will be dedicated to the connections with the Cassano delle Murge project, highlighting opportunities for mapping common goods and the role of stakeholders. The final part will be reserved for questions and discussion, with practical information on how to participate in subsequent workshops and a reminder of the importance of the participation kit, which is essential for enabling formal and informal groups to independently organise meetings in the area.
