BENI IN COMUNE

The presentation meeting officially opens the participatory process, with the aim of informing the community, immediately involving key players and clarifying the objectives and working methods. The team will take care of welcoming participants, registering them and distributing information material and tools useful for participation. After introducing the proposer and partners, the motivations and objectives of the project will be explained, together with a description of the participatory process: planned phases, methodologies (workshops, thematic meetings, digital tools), calendar and methods of citizen contribution. This will be followed by a discussion, with a guiding question to gather expectations and initial proposals through post-it notes, cards or a shared whiteboard. Contributions will be recorded for the final report. At the end, the next events will be announced and details will be provided on how to register for the workshops. 

All materials produced will be uploaded to the Puglia Partecipa platform to ensure full accessibility.
