   Community building

   Co-planning with the group that follows the participatory path in order to calibrate the process actions considering the current regulations. Outreach of the neighborhood, outputs to establish basic relationships, community bonds through the emergence and sharing of the strengths and resources present in the neighborhood. Identification and strengthening of trust with stakeholders. Collection of historical photos and narrations on the square, sharing of informative material on the archaeological value of the place. Stakeholder map creation, sensitive maps, online talent map. Creation of a photographic exhibition in Piazza Marconi, and setting up of the meeting and listening point in the square.

   Dream picking and planning

   Go out into the neighborhood to expand the involvement of the inhabitants, both quantitatively and qualitatively. Collection of aspirations, desires, dreams compared to the square. Elaboration of individual dreams and creation of the collective dream. Planning of actions for the possible realization of part of the instances emerged in the process. Creation of a Public Forum for the emergence of voices and different positions with respect to the theme of the future of the square.

   Realization of interventions in the square

   Actions aimed at the active involvement of citizens with respect to the realization of some of the ideas that emerged, through self-construction activities, drawing on the resources present in the community. Consolidation of the perception of 'being able to change things' and of the abundance already present in the neighborhood. Public initiatives to support the needs that emerged from the neighborhood, in collaboration with the institutions in order to strengthen their bond of trust with the citizens. Realization of a public meeting with political decision-makers.

   Follow up and evaluation

   Reflection and planning meetings to elaborate the experience of the participatory path with the neighborhood, recognition of learning, consolidation of relationships, planning of next shared actions, taking charge of individual responsibilities in the care of common goods, elaboration of the 'Collaboration Pacts'. Evaluation of the route. Monitoring of outputs.

   Monitoring

   The participatory project is part of a completely different scenario than the one imagined and will therefore be constantly monitored through qualitative and quantitative tools for collecting feedback from stakeholders and inhabitants.
