BlueVision2030 – Towards the strategy for a sustainable blue economy in Puglia
#BlueVision2030 A participatory journey to jointly build the future of the sea, combining innovation, sustainability, and regional development.
One sea, one vision: shaping blue growth in the South Adriatic
The event, promoted by the Research and International Relations Section of the Apulia Region — the lead partner of the project — with the technical support of ARTI, represents an important opportunity for dialogue among institutions, experts, and stakeholders from the South Adriatic area to discuss shared strategies for the sustainable development of the Blue Economy.
Funded by the Interreg IPA South Adriatic Programme, the B-VISA 2030 project involved the Apulia Region, the National Coastal Agency of Albania, and the Ministry of Economic Development of Montenegro, with the aim of strengthening cross-border dialogue and building a shared vision for the Blue Economy, in line with the objectives of the European Green Deal.
The conference will feature five thematic sessions dedicated to the presentation of Apulia Region’s Blue Vision 2030, cross-border dialogue between public and private actors, the presentation of the Joint Action Plan, and the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the project partners. In addition, two “Blue Talks” sessions will showcase best practices, testimonials, and replicable cooperation models across the Mediterranean.
