Bill No. 120/2025. Measures for the Attraction, Development, Circular Mobility, and Retention of Talents in Puglia

SudUp is the event that celebrates innovation born and nurtured in Southern Italy. Two days dedicated to innovation in all its forms, with a particular focus on innovative entrepreneurship, startups, business growth, open innovation, and the development of the innovation ecosystem.

SudUp – Innovations from the South is organised by the Puglia Region and ARTI – the Regional Agency for Technology, Technology Transfer and Innovation, in collaboration with Puglia Culture. The event is also part of the official calendar for the National Made in Italy Day, promoted by the Ministry for Enterprise and Made in Italy.

A rich programme of talks, workshops, mentoring sessions, exhibitions and networking moments designed to connect startups, businesses, creatives, institutions and the younger generations.

The initiative stems from a shared vision between the public and private sectors, with dedicated spaces for culture, digital innovation, youth entrepreneurship, business development strategies, and the promotion of innovative and sustainable growth models for the region.

Taking place on 19–20 June in Lecce, between Castello Carlo V and Officine Cantelmo – two symbolic venues from which to imagine the future, starting from the South.
